Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or report a defective item, you can contact us at hello@theminimalrocker.com. Please note that returns must be authorized by our team before being sent. Do not ship any items back to the address on the shipping label, as it cannot be processed at that location. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, please include clear photographs of the item and the issue in your email so we can process a free replacement for you as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Because each of our garments is custom-printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please make sure to check our size charts carefully before placing your order. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us regarding the issue, and once the return or replacement is approved, we will guide you through the process or you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds Once we’ve processed your issue (and inspected the return if a physical return was required), we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@theminimalrocker.com
