Processing & Production Time Because each of our garments is custom-printed on demand specifically for you, your order requires processing and production time before it ships.

  • Production Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to print and prepare your items.

Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been printed and handed over to the shipping carrier, estimated standard delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days.

  • International: 10 to 20 business days (depending on the destination country and local customs processing).

Please note that all delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carrier volume, customs processing, or holidays.

Tracking Your Order As soon as your package ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes The Minimal Rocker is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
